How does it look like for senior (10+ yoe) candidates? Just leetcode style questions?

Not a single LeetCode question. System design and behavioral.

Netflix does algorithmic questions but they are not a straight lift from Leetcode. There will be variations. In some teams they have a phone interview that happens on coderpad so u cannot get away from coding. Onsite is a mix of code and system design. If you get past this then behavioral with varied set of leaders including HM, HR and a director
