Netflix work not drive and other benefits
I was going through the benefits they have online and I found the work not drive program where they pay you an Uber to commute every day with no limits. Seems too good to be true, are there any restrictions? Also, does Netflix offer mega back door IRA?
Itโs an IRS rule. This is the best the company can offer. I use it from time to time when I need to stay late so I miss the shuttle.

Yes to both! I use work not drive all the time. Super helpful. You can even use it to and from the shuttle stops in the city if you want. I also contribute to the mega back door Roth so that is available too.
Yes. I live in SF and taken an Uber to work plenty of times (~$80) one way. No questions asked. Yes we also have mega back door. And given the all cash comp, I max it out each year for $58,000.
I also just found out that they pay you to be closer to work to reduce your commute. How much do they give you? By how much do you need to reduce your commute?
We offer short distance relocation benefit. I donโt think this is cash. We arrange packing and moving and pay for the movers. We also offer rental search assistance.
