Any network engineer works at Boeing here ? How is the FTE interview process ? How is the work environment there? Whats the contractor interview process and conversion process ? Do you recommend working there? TC 200k #boeing
Thats weird interview ! How they even know how good or bad ur technical skills are ?!! What year where u there? Thats interesting u get to chose the questions before the interview date ?!!!
I know right! You have to really trust resumes and pay close attention to how candidates respond to follow ups. And just gamble. Thankfully if they were internal we had a informal discussions to get a better gauge. And if interviewing in person we'd prod a lot more during tours. I was there roughly 2010-2020.
Well frankly I'm excited to work at Boeing more than Amazon, it is iust the purpose is more fun
lol for Boeing my problem is how to make my resume pass the screen...
What do u mean?
Apply some positions in their website but never heard anything 😞

I have worked at TikTok US core tech for 3 years. AMA.
Didn't work there are a network engineer but worked with quite a few while I was there. FTE interview process is super easy. Single panel interview, 1-1.5hr and 5-6 HR approved questions... It's really a shitty process from the hiring side though since it's so restricted and can't be super technical. Can ask a little more technical follow ups. But nowhere near FAANG interviews. Boeing is good if you want to coast or work 8hrs every day. Great benefits and lots of WLB. Not sure on the contractor process but I absolutely would not count on ever getting converted. Over the last few years Boeing has been moving all of their direct hire IT staff to contractors, not the other way around. Even people that had 20+ years of service were told to go apply for their positions as a contractor or say goodbye. I enjoyed working there since I got to touch the products but if I was detached from them I certainly wouldn't recommend unless you want a Gov type WLB. And you won't make anywhere near 200 TC
Pay sucks then!! What was ur role?
Why it cant be super technical?
