I am a contactor at one of FAANG companies, there is no hope of converting to full time at the current team. There isn’t an option for team change as it is a contractor role. How can I network within the company to get interviews? I was thinking emailing people by looking up in the phone directory and setuping lunch meetings with them. 1. Is it ethical? 2. Will my manager come to know about this and fire me? 3. Better ways? TC: 130k YOE: 1.5
Can you find people who went to your school or worked at your current/past employer? Find some other common ground and have those people introduce you to more people
