These shareholders are idiots. They just want to maximize short term profit. They don’t have the long term mission of Facebook in mind. Think of when apple’s board removed steve jobs as ceo and Apple almost became bankrupt.
This ^^ It's not like the Uber situation where they really needed to get someone else
Exactly what I'm getting at here. No visionary, no product.
Get this toxic idiot out. The company overgrew him years ago. He’s no Gates or Bezos. Just an arrogant kid who got lucky his “rate girls” app took off.
If they kill zuck people will short the shit out of FB
Having a CEO that isn’t chairman isn’t necessarily a bad thing, is it?
I don't really know. There has to be a motive to removing someone as chair and not as CEO. I presume there's a significant change in power otherwise this wouldn't be suggested in the first place.
I'm no fan of The Zucc, but FB is doing well enough. Why the desire to get rid of him?
Once Zuckerman's out, say goodbye to fb TC
No kidding. And following that will be the company. I'm a believer that a mathematician or engineer should be running a tech company. Wouldn't put it past investors to put some MBA business moron in his place to spiral it into the ground.
Q3 earnings better crush it, or they’re coming for Zuck!
He has 60% power so technically he could stay but probably not a good idea if the rest are against him.
He could stay and watch FB tank. Or just hire someone and let the stock soar. Technically he’s still the boss with 60% and the chairman works for him.
