I just received the following full time return offer from Google in Seattle (after interning this summer): 105k base 90k gsu over 4 years 15% bonus target No signing bonus I graduate this spring, but I'm about to start an internship at Amazon in Boston, and I see roughly 3 options: 1. Accept the offer (it seems like I could do better, but ultimately I do want to work here) 2. Ask for time (it will probably be 3 months before I get an offer from Amazon, but the start date for google is September 2019) 3. Ask for more base salary/signing bonus What're your thoughts? Thanks!
Offer seems low for google even though it’s Seattle. Microsoft new grad is more plus you’re a return intern so should definitely be more stock, signing bonus of around 30-50k at least and base maybe should be $10k higher
Amazon beats that new grad offer as well. Seems quite low
See what they offer Bay Area interns; it should be around that afaik fb and google offer the same regardless of location as long as it’s Bay Area or Seattle (maybe NYC too)
0 sign on bonus? Jeez. That’s like 65k over 2 years that you’re missing out on there.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
How much time do you think it's reasonable to ask for? I'm starting the interview process with a couple companies now, is it reasonable to expect offers in time?
