New Grad SWE Position Referrals
Hi Everyone, I'm a 4th year at Purdue majoring in CS with 2 internships under my belt (both Amazon), and I’d say I have a strong GPA as well (3.9). I’ve gotten an inclined to hire for FT, but amazon has no headcount in my org currently. I'm graduating one semester early this December 2023. Given the current market circumstances I'm stressed about finding a job and would appreciate if anyone can provide me with a referral to their company if they're hiring for new grads. He still got into a FAANG internship. That’s reason enough. Drop the ego complex. Would it be better if he didn’t mention the internship at all? Could’ve just been an extra competitive hiring szn for interns, at meta majority interns didn’t get hired back unless EE
