New Grad compensation for IT Security Compensation
I am a recent Grad and interviewing with Qualcomm, San Diego for the role of IT Security Engineer with 1.5 years of internship experience. What should be the considered as good compensation?

Base 105-110k RSU: ~25-30k/3 years 20-30k sign on
The company is offering offering base 90k RSU: 22.5k and 10k sign on, how’s that?
Qualcomm doesn’t usually budge. But you should try to ask for 100k so that they at least offer you 95k. San Diego is way cheaper than Bay Area, so it’s def not bad.
