New grad off-campus jobs India?

(ignore company name, it's from an intern) I am a new grad from one of the top IITs. I have got an offer from Appdynamics India. TC is 18 base+4.25 annual Cisco stocks+1 performance bonus+ 3 annual joining bonus+ 2 relocation bonus(I am not sure it counts or not) so around 26-28. Now I am not sure about the value of a company like Appdynamics India for my career prospects. So what should my plan be? Should I try to join a big company (Google, Uber, etc.) ? (not many companies are paying more than this to be frank but payment is not the only thing I want to see early in my career). I tried to contact multiple recruiters, no one responded. Do I have a chance to join a bigger company off campus (I have not heard a lot of good things about off-campus hiring for new grads)? Any help would be appreciated.
