You supposed to mention number of RSU instead rsu cost in Amazon offer details. Offer seems to be around $175k which is standard new grad offer in Bay area. L4 lateral hire offer can go upto $200k(read on Blind posts)
Recruiter is being honest that the offer is nonnegotiable unless theyโre making a change to this policy for the class of 2022.
