I am a technical leader in one of Googles large ML team. I am likely becoming a free agent next week! Wondering if there are good startups to join with exciting work and long term financial upsides.
Join Research (any area of choosing) and do something great with ur talents. Else choose some other Big Tech like everyone else.

If you want impact try a startup. Personally I’ve done both and prefer a cushy big tech job.
