Amazon Vs SAP
Hello folks, I have a Amazon L7 TPM pending offer and also interviewing at SAP for a role. I’ll be more interested in joining SAP because that is what I have done in my life. My questions *What is equivalent level/title at SAP with L7 ( I have checked levels.fyi) but no good info on this. * what are salary ranges at SAP at that level. My Amazon offer unsure but expecting 400k Current TCO 250 YOE 20+
L7 would be T4.2 or T4.3. Somewhere around there. They could probably come close to $400k in Seattle or thr Bay Area at the top of the pay band. I'm not sure they could quite hit $400k, though. Unless the stock starts doubling every few years. But in this environment they might just try to lowball you and hope you accept $300k.
