Didi Labs compensation?
I wonder if the compensation at Didi in Mountain View is on par with Lyft and Uber? For example, anout $200K for base and at least half of that for RSU for a senior engineer with 8 years of experience.

UFO1234 Jun 7, 2020Didi pays very well and is comparable to most of the FAANG, only slightly lagging behind Netflix, Lyft, Uber and AirBnB. Also dont listen to poor work life balance that you hear here on blind. Is it pretty good. Didi is close to IPO and is already showing profit in its core business. So think about it. Didi is one of the best companies to join in the Bay area, but it is hard to get an offer.
Hello I got an offer from DiDi and got some stock options around $240k for a period of 4 years. What do you think of DiDi?
A senior engineer at Lyft would make easily at least 400k (200 + 200 in annual equity)
