Have an offer at Nike for a PM. 10 years of experience. 165k +15 Is this reasonable for Beaverton, OR
i moved from ohio last year and it was a loss. i’m at 163 same bonus. i left at 135 in ohio. the cost of living in oregon is ridiculous, housing is stupid expensive like cali without any of the reward, mega amounts of homelessness, some of the worst traffic ive ever experienced and ive lived in atlanta nashville LA and OC lol. if i could go back in time..
$165k in Portland is solid.
It’s very good for U band
It is a good offer. Just do it ✅
Very good for the years for experience in Nike. I know many with 10-15 years earning the same.
Or less at Nike😉
senior pm here, u band, 205 base.
Is your location Portland or SFO ?
Pdx.
9 YOE 177k base. U band. Looks like a lot but you lose a lot to taxes. The reality is that Portland is expensive now.
Reasonable but on the lower side

Where u moving from? It may look reasonable, but OR has a bad state income tax - so you’ll get screwed there. So, compare your take home salaries. I too had an offer and I declined because I was going backwards in take home salary alone. Even if factored in the COL- I was just going to be amost equal ~0.8% growth 🤔🤔🤔
