Had a recruiter reach out for a Director of Product position for the Nike Digital org. Is their tech transformation a real deal? Would you recommend joining? Any insights would be appreciated. Also, I have heard a lot about their slow decision making with hiring. if there’s someone who interviewed with them, can you please share how long it took them to make an offer?
Yes - my friends at Nike in digital feel positive about the changes.
I mean, look at the stock. We're killing it. We've been bringing on more and more experienced people who helped shape and transform e-commerce.
Worth hearing the team out. Experienced tech talent can get in early and drive really broad scope changes quickly.
it really depends on the organization you’re in. the process can take 3-4 months
Agreed - some take MONTHS some take days. Just depends on the org, the role and whether or not you’re signing on as an ETW or FTE
I ended up getting an offer about 10 days after my on-site, but that was because I had already started receiving offers from other places I interviewed :)
Apologize for bumping up an old thread... A recruiter has reached out for a director role in product. Could you share what the comp. range would be

They just recruited ServiceNow's former CEO, so I'd say it's the real deal
