Which one worked best for you? I have anxiety since years and want to work towards healing now. Also, anyone used the tapping solution ? Is it effective?

As per my exp nothing will work for anxiety. Everyone says do meditation or some therapies all but all are useless.

Are you seeing a therapist? EMDR is not something you should do by yourself. It should be done with a professional. I’ve been doing CBT. I’ve talked with my therapist about EMDR. It may be something I try soon
