I was planning on jumping the ship. But looks like H1B transfer is gonna take very long time. With no RFE and re apply bull shit, what is the advisable thing to do? Join on H1B receipt to a big reputable company or wait till H1B transfer happens. Will companies wait for 6 months ?
Bro. H1B transfer premium processing suspended from sep 11 to Feb 19.
I don’t think any of the trump supporters follow this.
Thanks ! Just saw the news
Care to share a link? I didn't find anything on Google.
That means hard to change job in this half year
What if I do ? Wife is on H1B too.
This leaves just one option - join a new job based on receipt and if there are any questions, you would not get RFE, straight reject. So you go out of status!
Why no RFE?
USCIS has another article stating that Sep 11 onwards, they will stop issuing RFE and go straight to reject. Google !
Can the h1 transfers be applied in premium till September 11th??
Is this for transfers or extensions too? Seems like if your extension is filed at Nebraska, you can still take advantage of premium?
I think it doesn’t apply to extensions. I’m sure it applies to all transfers.
Your extension is filed at Nebraska only if you are still with the same employer.
What about my case was filed in premium on august 9th in PP, and i got rfe. What if the rfe is responded after september 11th? Will it still be process under pp?
You might qualify for expedited case. Google it
I googled it and not sure if im qualified. Why did you think so?
This is all for mid-term elections
