No promotion announcements
It’s weird but in my team within HWE org, neither our Director or Sr Director or for that matter any other manager doesn’t make any promo announcements. I got to know about my colleagues promo to Distinguished Engineer (Director) via LinkedIn and have many such examples. Really sad 😞 TC: 480k ICT5
