Nobody hiring H1-B?
Are companies hiring H1-B guys? i have applied to so many companies but dont get any positive news from them . They stright away reject my application. #h1b #nobodyhiringh1b
You should be able to get via HCL, they have many clients.

True. I am on h1b and I get lots of calls especially from big tech . I have a witch on my resume but its before oracle.

Usually you will need to get invited to an interview by someone. Most cases, get a call from a recruiter. Or referred by someone. Application to big tech online will guarantee d to be rejected.
I think many people are waiting for the election to see what will happen. H1B visas have a very high rate of rejection and there is a high rate of unemployment amongst eligible US citizens. I would hang tight until January.
I can say from personal experience as well as of my close friends, H1B transfers are not an issue.
For a lot of companies, it also depends a lot on where you are in your H1B life cycle. If your I-140 is approved, they may consider you

I don’t think companies care much about the I-140. They still have to do their own PERM process too.
Amazon is hiring H1Bs.
LOL h1-b people are already have insecurities, I don’t think going to Amazon make it any better.
I think if the profile is suitable ,H1b transfer is not a problem. Small companies may not be doing it. Big companies are and also at this time getting a call is more difficult due to many talented people in the market .. keep trying 😊
Yes know couple of friends who recently switched to new company! Both on H1B. There is hiring going on for big tech
