Looking for a smartwatch with good fitness functionality, as well as apps - call and text notifications, reminders, WhatsApp and Messenger at least. Android user here, so Apple Watch is out. By default, I would have gone for Fitbit because it's Google, but hearing some good things about Garmin and also Samsung Galaxy. What does Blind recommend? Please add your reasons in the comments if you can.
You have to choose what your care about more, the fitness features or the smart features. If you care about the fitness features more, go for a garmin.
How about Runtopia. Never tried but have heard about it.
I've had a Withings Steel HR for 3 years and like it. Small screen and can only read notifications, but it works well with Android and is by far the best looking smartwatch. It's also just a good looking watch among "analog" watches generally, and it gets a lot of compliments. There's a new model but can only be ordered to the US through non-US Amazon or other retailers probably.
I was an android user for 10 years, and I’ve owned Fitbit and Samsung galaxy 3 watch. Both good in their own way. Hated Apple products. But in 2019, decided to get iPhone 11 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 5. The combo is the best and blows any android phone watch combo in terms of overall utility , user experience, robustness and functionality. Make the switch
Fitbit only if you're into fitness. Samsung is shit
Wyze?
Never heard of it. Google seems to turn up smart home devices and not watches!
Wyze wrist band. It’s only $20
