Hi All, I need some help with preparing for a NPI Manufacturing Engineer role within Google's brand new Re-Mfg org. So far, there's only a Director and a Manager in this team from what I understand. Anybody in Google Manufacturing org shed some light on the interview style, what Google looks for in their new hires etc.? I'm done with a 45min virtual interview with the Manager and got a pretty fast feedback for the Virtual Onsite. What does the Director look for, what do the cross-functional peers look for? My background is in NPI Manufacturing and so far worked in Automobile industry for 4 years and Med Device industry for 2.5 years. Have gained pretty good experience in high volume and low volume productions, lots of different materials and their manufacturing and assembly processes, SPC, Quality Control, GD&T etc. YOE: 6.5 TC: 185K (dropped after JnJ acquired Verb Surgical Inc. in March 2020)
