Noogler Goodies
I joined Google India 2 weeks ago as L4 (not as new grad). Didn't receive any gifts, ONLY laptop to be exact. Do they not give goodies in virtual onboarding or what? Not being greedy, but it is a bit excitement of receiving Welcome goodies, and I wished to get that Noogler Hat.

I’ve seen friends getting the hats in Mountain View and Singapore, maybe they don’t give them out in India
My friends in India joined pre-covid, got the stuff during orientation right along with the laptop

You get a hat after you complete the orientation. Also the onboarding welcome kit is backlogged, so expect it in àfter a few months

You’ll get it within the first couple of months. Things have been slow here due to covid and all.
For mtv, there was an email out yesterday asking for shipping address for people who joined after March 2020. Maybe watch out for something like that.
