Hi Guys, Got an offer from Nordstrom for a Senior Engineer role. Wondering if anyone can share insight on work culture, tech stack and how the company is doing financially. Thanks in advance.

Question about women in their 30’s?
Good work culture but just OK tech stack.
Did you work at Nordstrom in the past ? One of the driving factors for me is they use AWS. At Amex, we have PaaS (private cloud) which is no where near any public cloud offerings and the learning/exposure is very limited.
They use other cloud services too (thank goodness) but your choice will depend on where you want to go in life. Nordstrom is good on WLB but is not bleeding edge stack - its a tradeoff as this is not a company which is based around tech as a product itself.
