Wow, thats an awesome tc and makes me wanna go back there xD. My tc at nordstrom as an SDE 2 was around 155k lol
No pip culture, great wlb. Career growth will depend on the team you're on. They work with a lot of open source technologies but don't work at Amazon's scale.
