Follow up with the recruiter… although we have a hiring freeze right now, internships are still accepted.

Nordstrom doesn't make intern decisions on rolling basis. They interview everyone and send out offers to the best ones at the end. This usually happens by end of december. So wait and be patient. Former SWE Intern here and I went through the same process.
Follow up with your recruiter. It doesn’t sound like an offer but you never know. My Google offer took like a month after my final round because one interviewer was on holiday in europe lol
