Not able to land interview at Microsoft, Linkedin, Uber, Salesforce. Etc
Hello folks I am trying hard to apply at these companies but not able to land interviews. Tried through referrals, reaching recruiters and HM personally on linkedin but no luck. I am targetting companies with similar level as mentioned above. Please suggest in comments what i might be missing. YOE: 1 TC: 11 LPA SDE LC count : 200+ #tech #interviews

What I can say is that there very less opportunities for less than 1 YoE ATM, as compared to the saturation in the market. Also, the time is quite bad because people are running away from startups and joining big tech, earlier it was opposite. Wait for atleast 2 YoE to complete and then apply. Also, LC 200, is very very normal these days. Can't guarantee that you'll get through the interviews. In the meantime, prepare well for the interviews. Edit: Salesforce, LinkedIn and Atlassian recruiting team are sh*t in India, they are too egoistic. It's a matter of luck to get shortlisted there. Try at other places Good Luck!
