Not getting any interview calls. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried applying to multiple (around 100) companies in past 3 months. Ranging from small scale start-ups to tech giants. Tried referrals on LinkedIn still I get rejected on email without any interviews. Naukri also I tried. Only got 2 interviews from 2 start-ups that too from wellfound. Is this the market situation overall in India or could be some issue in my profile? #engineering #software #swe #switch #interviews
