How normal it is to not hear back from recruiter after onsite.I had an onsite interview with Oath a week ago and haven't heard back. A similar thing had happened in past with OfferUp.I don't really intend to get into Oath but just wanted feedback on my performance.
a week is a bad sign. Follow up with the recruiter.
Rare imo. If they're taking awhile just email them asking for a status update if you haven't already. I'd be skeptical of the company if they ghost you after that.
It’s such a shitshow at Oath right now they probably lost your number, and I only wish I was kidding
Wtf is oath
I had a bad experience on a phone screen with Offer Up.
Move on dude. Dont come across as salty. Act like they need u more than u need them
+1 move on
Hah, when the Amazon guy tells you to move on? Amazon is slower than anybody at the hiring process. Patience, you probably aren’t the only candidate.
Some companies can take up to several weeks to get back to you. It's not unusual, but I would say follow up with your recruiter to see if they can shake some trees. Don't be an ass about it though.
