Hello Everyone, I recently switched companies, (been here for not more than 2 months). My new team is great people but the product we are working on is not what I want to do for the next 2 years. We are rewriting a legacy website. On top of it, the website is not a heavily used one so there is no scope for rearchitecting/redesigning the backend. Amazon, where I worked before, was bad WLB but the product was great and I worked on it end to end, design to implementation. I have 3+ yrs of exp in the US and 5+ in total. I am currently looking for referrals for mid level Software Engineer roles at FAANG companies. Current TC: $200K Can you kindly refer me to your company? #adobe #airbnb #apple #box #docusign #dropbox #facebook #google #intuit #lyft #netflix #paypal #ringcentral #salesforce #slack #spotify #square/block #twitter #uber I get a new job, you get that bonus, win win :D For real though, thanks in advance. #tech
With Amazon on your CV shouldnāt be so difficult to get responses from recruiters, or am I wrong? I was āeasilyā able to get a response from Google and Amazon in one week of direct application, and I only worked at SAP.
That is true, it is not very difficult. But changing my Linkedin to actively looking months after joining a company won't be ideal, especially with the folks in my team being my connections...
People in your same company won't see if you change your status
