Notice period in cognizant north america
Hi, I wanted to know what is the notice period we need to serve if we resign in cognizant north America.

Technically, you don’t need to give notice, BUT 2 weeks is customary.

“Technically” - but there is an “Eligible for rehire” flag / question in most HRIS systems.

If you are in California no need to serve.just inform and leave.however 2 weeks is followed...

Agree with all answers above. I just resigned. Cognizant NA policy clearly says, it's nice to give 2 weeks of notice.
