Best places to buy investment properties with the highest ROI
New grad at Amazon here! Saving aggressively to buy an investment property hopefully some time next year! Was wondering if anyone here recommends any market where I can get a cheap condo or house where I can at least break even. Also have any of you guys bought properties out of state. Not worth it anytime. When rates go down, prices go up. So there is no investment property on the earth
A loan of 250k at 10% interest is like 2200 bucks Same loan at 5% is like 1300 bucks .... For reference A loan of 500k at 5% is like 2600 bucks... Both rates are similar to what we've seen... It's unlikely that property values would double if you got in early enough when rates dropped.
