I had two back to back telephonic interviews with Nutanix after initial assessment round. As per my analysis, the second interview went very well. In the first interview, i got less time in coding than brainstorming so could not complete the code, however, I partially completed it and told the interviewer my approach (even the code verbally). I was hoping for on-site call but got rejection. Hence, could anyone tell me how does Nutanix evaluate candidates?. I have asked for feedback too but not sure whether would get one.

The interviewer has a bar for the question possibly calibrated against all the other people he’s interviewed with using that question. If you don’t clear the bar, you’re out, else you’re in. Working optimal code is almost always in.
