Nvidia Compensation Expectation
I interviewed with Nvidia earlier. They got back to me saying the team really liked me and would like to proceed ahead. We are supposed to talk numbers in some time and i want to be prepared. The role is for HW/SW development (DL implementation/integration on hardware). I have 3-5 years of work experience and i will be relocating to Santa Clara. I am still interviewing around but i really like the work and the team. 1. What kind of a salary range / compensation package should i be expecting? 2. How does the relocation package at Nvidia look like? Thank You
3-5 yoe is a pretty broad range. Could you be more specific about what level you’re coming from, and what level NVIDIA is hiring you at? Comp is pretty band specific for the role so that will help us give you better insight. Congrats btw!
Level I am not sure of. I want to be anonymous. :) first time poster. I can find the band. 3 years later this year I will complete. Autonomous domain is the work.

Did u work on DL before? What was the interview about?
I haven’t worked on DL before. But I took pretty intense ML courses during my grad school. Questions in interview were majorly software. Leetcode stuff etc. one interviewer asked me Autonomous machines stuff and how the internals of it would look like. Top level majorly. I haven’t given a better interview before so I knew I would get an offer but insight into compensation would be helpful.
