Looking to build a new PC and can’t find any 1080 Tis that aren’t significantly above MSRP. I hear that production may have stopped on the 10 series and that’s adding to the supply shortage (on top of crypto). Anyone work at Nvidia and confirm if relief is on the way?
2080s and 2070s are expected to be announced in April.
Evga.com/epp check if your company is a part of it
Will do, thanks!
You work at Apple. Why are you building a PC?
Why not?
Tbh Mac is very good for developing but not as good for gaming. But with this price, maybe we should all go buy a PS4 instead.
Better ask some friends from Nvidia when they drop gpus on nvidias internal site..
You can buy a Volta card off nvidia site directly. It's 3K but it's a beast!!
The shortage won’t be resolved in short time unless Bitcoin bubble bursts. According to their roadmap the next 2080 series are going to bump the price to all time high, which left little price dropping space for old products.
