Last week HR said that they still dont have a timeline by when the pause would be lifted, no update from leadership yet. Saw some engineering positions being listed on career portal so things might be easing out( just an assumption)

Yes, they gave verbal offer on Mar 21. Even fragomen reached out to understand my visa status. Have been waiting for offer letter since then.

Reference check two weeks ago, still waiting for an official offer letter. HR said global headcount review was ongoing, not sure when will be ended. Just keep waiting positively, cheers.

They spoke with references. My ex-colleagues told me that they had talked with the hiring manager.

Why are they posting new roles everyday when they are saying hiring freeze! Did any of you check this with the recruiter?

Wrapped up interviews 3 weeks ago, did reference check two weeks ago, heard from both the hiring manager (I know him) and the recruiter this week. They said that there is a ongoing headcount planning exercise that is being driven by Jensen that should be done in a couple of weeks.
