Guys, I am being interviewed at Nvidia for IC4 Level. How much can i expect an increase in Base, as I heard that nvidia offers more RSU than base salary? YOE:7.5 years TC:19L Base+ bonus-1.5L+$7k stocks /4 years #netapp #interview #compensation #evaluation

There is no bonus at Nvidia. Salary is base + stocks.

How long does the offer letter release process takes? My reference checks were done before 10 days and yet no update from HR. What happens after OL release? Will there be any scope to renegotiate as they have not disclose the terms and numbers?

something around 27-40L base $100k+ stocks /4 years IC3 is more realistic for 7.5 YOE btw but depends on your skillset
what are the other components apart from Base and Stocks?
Is NV giving $100K stocks for IC3 ? Can anyone share latest stocks units allocation for IC3 and IC4
