Hi Guys, I'm really confused about which company I should go for. My info : I am a CSE undergraduate student from IIITDM Jabalpur (2020-2024) Offered company name and roles: Nvidia (System Software Engineering Intern) + performance-based PPO: Intern stipend: 75k ServiceNow (Associate Software Engineering Intern ) + performance-based PPO: Intern stipend : 70k Please suggest which one I should go for and which company will give me a better chance to get a full-time offer? I'm looking for WLB >> Learning >>Money #intern #software #swe #engineering
If wlb is your highest priority, servicenow. Nvidia is not fun for slackers.
I would like to know how is the conversion rate in Nvidia for intern to full time
Depends on your quality of work and final rating you get. If it's a good rating, managers push for you.
How about the RSUs and bonuses on both?
SerrviceNow 1st year TC for new grads is around 29Lpa from 2024 onwards. 20k USD stocks. Same for Nvidia. Their 1st year TC is around 24-25L.
