How are the hardware teams in autonomous machines group at Nvidia (PVA)? How is the WLB? TC:160k
It's mostly chill WLB, but depends on your team and level. In hardware, during chip bringup time, things will get a bit crazy, but I guess that's expected at any semiconductor company. There's usually very good teamwork and collaboration across geographies and in general, I would say WLB is good. But also, I was on Xavier only as an intern, and about 4 years ago when it was being brought up.
Yeah. As far as it's not crazy throughout the project cycle, it should be fine..
Tegra BU is a small step below the GPU org, but there are great gems in it like the PVA. Interesting work and great director. WLB is generally good. Is your offer for PVA HW/Arch?
It's hardware ..

Is this a HW position ? Or embedded/swe?
Hardware...
FYI, Xavier is already a taped out, current gen product. You can buy it off the shelf. So not sure what you’ll be doing on hardware there.
