Any input on what offer NVIDIA gives for 6-9 years of experience for position in VR space in bay area? Breakdown of base, sign-on, RSU will be great. Average annual salary increase and stock refresher. I do have competing offers from VR space.

Senior can be ic3, ic4, or ic5. The range can vary a lot between those levels.

^that sounds really low for IC4. I’d expect closer to 170k base for a mid range IC4.
@op any inputs on how much time does Nvidia takes to send in written offer after verbal ? I got verbal offer last week
What ic level did the recruiter say you were joining at? That gives a good indication of your pay. If the recruiter didn't say, ask.
