MUFG AVP interview process
I recently interviewed for an AVP Tech role at MUFG after applying online. The recruiter called me and scheduled for a interview with hiring manager. I had a 30 mins preliminary video interview with hiring manager. But after that I have not heard anything back from recruiter on the next steps after multiple follow ups. Is the recruiting process normally slow at MUFG?
Yes, it is dead slow. It took around 8 months for me to get hired. I joined MUFG last Sep 2020. Off course corona also added some extra time. In general they are very slow.
