Mercari Reviews

Can anyone please provide any reviews for Mercari around WLB and stability ? The stock has been stagnant if not going south. Compensations seems decent and I understand there might be requirements overlapping with Japanese counterparts. Any insight is appreciated. Being on visa, slightly scared to pursue this and if at all recessions comes in, will it be able to survive and in that case still a safe bet ? #Mercari
