Depends on who is interviewing you. We usually do some pair programming on Hackerrank, though.
How many questions you usually ask? One hard on HR?
Usually one question that I expect to take 40 minutes to an hour to code. If the candidate is strong I'll ask a follow-up question. But everyone will do it differently. Some people may spend most of the time talking, but others prefer to use the code-pair to actually code (much better than whiteboard coding, and lower cost for the company because it's remote).
