Pay is fine, but assume there's a fifty fifty of getting sacked within the year.
This is disappointing to read. Why is the risk so high since from the outside it seems like there's no pressure to deliver?
Pay is great, culture is highly dependent on group. Ranges from boys club to assholes, so its just varying shades of grey.
What are the bonuses like?

1x or 2x your salary? Or more? Can you at least ballpark it?
Ah ok. If that is the typical yearly bonus, then that is still quite good for a game studio. Especially if salaries are high there. Maybe only Epic is better from what I have heard.
