It's more like being a punter on a high scoring offense. Maybe take a few snaps a game, but still get paid okay for the job you do. You could screw up, but no one would really care.

yo good analogy. Firstly I agree swes are the athletes. Managers are coaches, pms are the referees (no1 likes them) kickers are front end engineers (they off doing their own things πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ), oline are the infra guys, wide receivers are sres and the architects are the qbs
