OCI Annual Bonus
@Oracle OCI team: What has been the historic annual company performance bonus given to Oracle OCI engineers? Thanks!
Oracle does not have a bonus program.

I recently received an offer from OCI. TC 210K. There was no mention of annual bonus initially. On asking if there will be an annual bonus component I was told “we do have annual focal and depending on the performance of the company and the individual - it may involve salary hike, RSUs, bonus”. But from above comments it sounds like thats not the case?
No annual bonus, but there is stock refresh.
None. Negotiate hard before joining
In OCI - for the past years - there’s been both base increase and additional RSUs annually. Last focal I got a 20% base salary bump as well as 300k worth of RSUs (over 4 years). As your recruiter said it depends on individual performance. I got the best rating (5) and got rewarded. You can be rewarded 0 like you can be rewarded a lot. If you’re a good engineer you should join. You’ll work on fun stuff and will get rewarded for it!

I dont think IC2-4 can get 100K+ in raise, from what I heard you get no raises at all or close, even with 5 rating
