OCI IC4 vs Walmart IN4
Guys help me select the below offer Walmart 47 base, 25% annual bonus and 25% stocks with 4 lacs additional rsu per year (15 lacs stock/annum) & 6 lacs (3 +3 ) joining bonus. Team is adtech under CSERT. OCI IC4 (Principal member technical staff ), oci streaming team or specially announcement service 58 base , 1200 units of stock (around 17 lacs stock/annum )and 8 lacs (4+4) joining bonus Salesforce SMTS industry cloud 45 base 15 % bonus and 16 lac/ annum stock. Good and challenging work that will help me improve my resume with decent wlb is what I am looking at. Oci doesn't have wlb and work is not great. Sf has generally good wlb but work is not that exciting. Don't have much idea about walmart work but have heard from friends that the culture is bad.
^this, and I can testify that walmart culture is bad atleast in India. Also the TC difference is huge between OCI and walmart.
Don't join Walmart. Work, culture and everything else is bad.

If you’re genuinely looking for challenging work to boost your skill set, look at OCI and Walmart. Salesforce shouldn’t even be on the list because it’s Industries Cloud. If I were you, I’d go with OCI because there’s a lot of chance to work on greenfield stuff. Walmart adtech is a good mature team.
Highly doubt that you will get to work on greenfield projects in india. It will mostly be ops and not so interesting projects.

Walmart IN4 max I thought was 45L base. If they are offering more than that, then your next hike will be small or you need to push IN5 where there is a lot of room possible until 55-60 base. I am not in CSRET. So can’t comment much on work or WLB. In general WLB in Walmart is bad. But some teams are fine.
External hire IN5 with 8 YOE maybe tough IMO
