OCI Oracle interview experience
Had OCI interview few days back and they ghosted me ... Does anyone face same kind of experience earlier .. Usually OCI recruitment team take how many days to get back to candidate ..

they ghosted after 6 tr’s , never came back even after many follow up’s
Same here. They just ghost you despite good rounds.
For me they took around a week to come with verbal offer and then again 1 week for official letter
I was told I cleared the interviews. Was in negotiation. I told them my expectation. They came with numbers. I asked them if anything better can be done, as it was on marginal hike on my current. Also told them whatever the best can be done, please let me know. HR said they'll try. After few days of "We are trying", HR stopped receiving my calls. All this happened 2 months back. So yeah "ghosted" in a different way :D
Same thing happened to me as well.. i mentioned my expectations and post that they mentioned job posting got closed.
They got back to me on the same day once the final round is finished
