I interviewed their once. The team is knowledge and quite upto the mark with most product companies. I will say go ahead and delete blind for three years, until you'graduate' for the next move.
Did you get offer there? You talking about metering team BGLR?
Not exactly metering team. It was cloud team, i dont recall. The process was cut as i got a better offer.
That is one solid jump. Makes me think twice before joining

OCI is good, atleast for the next 4-5 years it’s not going anywhere. If it’s a SRE or SDE role just take it.

Frankly for the jump you are getting.. everything else is secondary unless u have a competing offer in hand to speak about

OCI will always come up with an unbeatable offer .. they are getting rid of folks in US for matured areas and hiring in India. mostly SRE and maintenance work with on call support.. you will ofcourse learn about cloud and how to run products on it but growth, hikes, promotion etc are dicey as there is no clear cut guidelines or policies around it. Also stock price growth is questionable . What is the nature of job at Sharechat.. I will still go for the latter due to exposure to a startup than O
