Would help us decide if you sum up the TC
From what I’m reading on Blind, Meta stock is currently undervalued, so that might play in your favor if you join them. Square would be your next best bet. Anyone knows how’s the WLB and culture at Square?
Talking to the engineers, I got the impression that WLB is good at Square
They might be heavily biased. Better to ask around
I've worked at both meta and square. If you're prioritizing professional development, the leader in your list is easily Meta. Try to negotiate at least 450.
By professional development, do you mean maturing as an engineer and promotions? I thought Square is a good place to work at
Yes. Meta will force you to be a better engineer, and the promotions will come when you are ready. It also has more opportunity due to ambitious goals and depth of engineering. Square had excellent wlb and culture, but growth won't be nearly as strong as Meta.
Didn't know Indeed pays this well 👍
What location? Remote?
