Shopify or Autodesk?

Interviewed for Shopify for a senior SWE a while ago, passed through all the interviews (mid-July) and was told they want to move forward, so we went through the reference check. Thing is, as some of you probably know, their leadership seems to be reviewing every candidate and every position for a fit. My recruiter was also laid off, but I got contacted by another that took my file. Things haven't changed and there are still no updates. AFAIK, even though they liked me, checked my references, and wanted to move forward, an offer is not guaranteed. I also interviewed for Autodesk and they're making me an offer (which I'm currently negotiating). I had good rapport and enjoyed talking to everyone I was in contact with for both companies. I believe whatever offer shopify will give will be better than Autodesk from what I have seen on levels.fyi and the few people I know at Shopify. I'm in the Montreal area and this is what I got: Autodesk expected after negotiation: 130k CAD base 10% bonus 126k USD RSUs over 3 years From the numbers given to me for shopify and what I see on levels.fyi, I can expect slightly higher everything but no bonus 140-150k CAD base 120-150k USD RSUs over 3 years Shopify seems to have some better benefits as well. I emailed the Shopify recruiter about the other offer, but not expecting a reply before Monday. What would you do in this case? Which company do you think has the more interesting work and would be better on my resume?
